چکیده
The study was conducted with BD-7320, BD-7328, BD-9952, BD-10154, BD- 10158, BARI Begun-1, BARIBegun-4, BARIBegun-5, BARIBegun-6, BARIBegun-7, BARIBegun-8 and BARIBegun-9 germplasms of brinjal a view to understanding the effect temperature, relative humidity, rainfall predators on incidence aphid during September 2018 March 2019. Aphid infestation started from last week November highest recorded 2nd January BD-10154.At that week, showed lower number Begun-5, Begun-6, Begun-8 Begun-9. observed Begun-5 March, when lowest found BD-9952. Maximum minimum temperatures significant positive correlation, humidity (RH) revealed non-significant correlation incidence. abundance highly all tested germplasms.

Abiotic and biotic elicitors’ effects on secondary metabolites biosynthesis of periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus (Linn.) G. Don)
Based on recent statistical survey, the cancer is the third important factor in Iran mortality. Vinblastine and vincristine alkaloids are dominantly biosynthesized in the aerial parts of periwinkle, broadly applied for cancer treatment. Therefore, over production of these alkaloids by using the biotechnological approaches is inevitable. Since the terpenoid indole alkaloids (TIAS) biosynthesis p...
متن کاملiranian english learners’ perception and personality: a dual approach to investigating influential factors on willingness to communicate
abstract previous studies on willingness to communicate (wtc) have shown the influence of many individual or situational factors on students’ tendency to engage in classroom communication, in which wtc has been viewed either at the trait-level or situational level. however, due to the complexity of the notion of willingness to communicate, the present study suggests that these two strands are ...
Effects of biotic and abiotic factors on resistance versus resilience of Douglas fir to drought
Significant increases in tree mortality due to drought-induced physiological stress have been documented worldwide. This trend is likely to continue with increased frequency and severity of extreme drought events in the future. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence variability in drought responses among trees will be critical to predicting ecosystem responses to climate change and...
متن کاملRelationships between advance oak regeneration and biotic and abiotic factors.
Relationships between advance regeneration of four tree species (red maple (Acer rubrum L.), white oak (Quercus alba L.), chestnut oak (Q. montana Willd.) and northern red oak (Q. rubra L.)) and biotic (non-tree vegetation and canopy composition) and abiotic (soil series and topographic variables) factors were investigated in 52, mature mixed-oak stands in the central Appalachians. Aggregate he...
متن کاملAbiotic and Biotic Stressors Causing Equivalent Mortality Induce Highly Variable Transcriptional Responses in the Soybean Aphid
Environmental stress affects basic organismal functioning and can cause physiological, developmental, and reproductive impairment. However, in many nonmodel organisms, the core molecular stress response remains poorly characterized and the extent to which stress-induced transcriptional changes differ across qualitatively different stress types is largely unexplored. The current study examines t...
